Threadwatch has this thread on SEO blog cliches. And the most abused phrases, which are either metaphors and similes, for the Threadwatchers are:

“How about comment cliches’?” my mind butted in. According to my memory these are the comment cliches of 2006:

  • Just my two cents - (just my advice)
  • IMHO (in my honest opinion)
  • LOL (laugh out loud)

No. They’re not found on Wikipedia. But they’re just so old can we get rid of them in 2007?

IMHO, they’re so MIRC. Just my 2 cents. LOL!

What do you think are the cliches’ we all have to get rid of for 2007?
